Activities
Cooperation: From 2011 to 2019 we had a cooperation with the Johanniter Heim, in which 30 children from the surrounding slums were divided into two classes by the foundation for children acts built rooms were prepared by two teachers for the upcoming school days.
From 2020: The Guardian Angel Child as well as children from ours steps homes will continue to be looked after by steps for children. Exeldra provides the children with a warm lunch in their own rooms after school and the afternoon classes are taken over by the elementary school teacher Kassius.
Effect: The children are provided with loving care in the protected space with permanent caregivers. Without steps, they would be relentlessly exposed to the effects of unemployment, poverty, alcoholism and violence. We counteract with adequate nutrition, caring care and excellent educational work.

Reino and Sherlien
Our little guardian angel children Sherlien and Reino in Otavi received a wonderful assessment from their primary school teacher: "The performance of Sherlien and Reino is above average. Currently in grade 1 they are my best learners. They are hardly absent from school and always do their homework.” Mrs. Garises is enthusiastic about the two best in class.
