Footballs for children
Footballs for children – liquor store brings footballs to Okakarara (Namibia) and creates fun at 31 degrees.
65 soccer balls were handed over to the employees of steps for children in Namibia at the beginning of April. And of course to steps children who will kick with these footballs in the future.

The campaign was made possible by the youth football club Kinzigtal based in Hesse and the online spirits retailer African Spirits. JFV Kinzigtal donated the leather balls with its sponsor Globus Baumarkt, and African Spirits Managing Director Markus Giesbert took care of the transport on his business trip to Namibia this year. And because Giesbert is also a children's trainer at JFV, he insisted on organizing a small football game with the steps for children children. As a result, 25 children, including Giesbert (retired footballer), were sweating in the OC stadium okakarara at almost 31 degrees for almost 30 minutes. "The worst thing is - even if you stop kicking, you just keep sweating," said Giesbert after the mini training session. In any case, the Namibian children have made it their goal to train diligently and eventually to teach fear to Hansi Flick & Co. as Namibian Warriors. Learned with the "Footballs for children."

We thank him very much JFV Kinzigtal, Globus hardware store and the African Spirits Managing Director Markus Giesbert for the ball donation and for taking care of the transport! It was a great joy for the children, who will remember the special game for a long time and for whom kicking real footballs will motivate them to continue training and to get even better.
