Vegetable garden in Ongombombonde

Watching the vegetables grow in Namibia - if you get such news from Namibia including pictures, we are incredibly happy!

The red and green peppers already look very tasty, the field has been plowed, the corn sown, Henrik and Phillip are in good spirits! The heavy rain recently has played its part.

The garden team around project manager Sonja Schneider-Waterberg and Henrik, who has been the new advisor to steps for children in since February 2020 ongombombade is doing an excellent job. Despite all adversities (such as storms that blow down the greenhouse tarpaulin or uninvited moles that also use the harvest), the garden is run very successfully with a lot of passion.
