"I was welcomed with open arms and hearts. Got every conceivable support from the office. You can really support something useful here - it was worth every annual vacation! "
Annette Maluck can hardly imagine a better vacation. With her best will, keeping her feet still is out of the question. And so she decided to cook together with the cooks in Okakarara for four weeks and to teach them one or the other trick for the gentle preparation of meals (e.g. cut potatoes into quarters and not into slices). By the way, she dealt with process optimization for faster food delivery and explained the advantages of saving sugar.
“An unforgettable experience with lots of joy, dance and singing. And by the way, something was changed here and there. "
Annette Maluck had arrived in Okakarara as a senior volunteer, and as a friend she drove back home after four weeks.
The cooks and the steps children thank you very much for your commitment, your ideas and suggestions for our soup kitchen in Okakarara.
