... was with the Reiner Meutsch Foundation FLY & HELP on discovery and charity tour in Namibia and met his new sponsored project: A new school building with 2 classrooms for afternoon classes ILENI TULIKWAFENI!
The German pop star and self-confessed fan of Namibia Peter Wackel started a real discovery tour in January. While passing through, he has the partner project of steps for children in Okahandja, near the main road to Swakopmund, seen by chance and visited it spontaneously. He co-finances there FLY & HELP the construction of the new Peter Wackel school building with two classrooms for another 50 students from the Five Rand Settlement, one of the poorest areas in Namibia.
For usage The following educational measures are planned for the building:
morning: Lessons for preschool children from the ILENI TULIKWAFENI Community Center
Nachmittags: Homework support for students in the Community Center ILENI TULIKWAFENI
in the evening: Continuing education courses for adults without a school leaving certificate from the Informal Settlement Five Rand
