Sie ist Gr\u00fcndungsmitglied der Bildungseinrichtung und hat die ersten Steine der Schule mitgelegt. Sie begann zun\u00e4chst in der Suppenk\u00fcche und \u00fcbernahm sp\u00e4ter eine eigene Klasse. Neben den 30 Sch\u00fclern, die sie unterrichtet und betreut, k\u00fcmmert sie sich au\u00dferdem um das Schutzengelprogramm von steps for children an den umliegenden Schulen. Als Vertrauensperson f\u00fcr die Kinder nimmt Lindie Maria eine wichtige Rolle im Team ein und leistet im Schulalltag einen gro\u00dfen Beitrag. Obwohl sie zus\u00e4tzlich eine gro\u00dfe Familie in Gobabis zu versorgen hat, besucht sie parallel die 12. Klasse, um sich fortzubilden.
