Bei steps for children wartet auf sie eine ausgewogene und mit viel Liebe zubereitete Mahlzeit, die ihnen hilft sich in der Schule besser zu konzentrieren und ihre Entwicklung f\u00f6rdert.<\/p>\n<p>Hier zwei Rezepte zum Nachkochen:<\/p>\n<p>1. Fleischrezept \u00e0 la Adelhuid<\/p>\n<p>Zutaten:<br \/>\n &#8211; Fleisch<br \/>\n &#8211; \u00d6l<br \/>\n &#8211; Salz<br \/>\n &#8211; Gew\u00fcrzmischung<br \/>\n &#8211; Zwiebeln<br \/>\n &#8211; Wasser<\/p>\n<p>Zuerst f\u00fcgt man dem Fleisch \u00d6l, Salz, die Gew\u00fcrze, die Zwiebeln und ein wenig Wasser hinzu. Dann bringt man es zum Kochen und l\u00e4sst es k\u00f6cheln, bis es weich ist. Es ist fertig, wenn das ganze Wasser verdampft ist. <br \/>\n Dazu kann man jeden Salat (Bohnensalat, gemischter Salat,&#8230;) und Nudeln oder Reis essen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Gem\u00fcseeintopf \u00e0 la Taree<\/p>\n<p>Zutaten: <br \/>\n &#8211; Kartoffeln<br \/>\n &#8211; Karotten<br \/>\n &#8211; Kohlkopf<br \/>\n &#8211; Wasser<br \/>\n &#8211; \u00d6l<br \/>\n &#8211; Gew\u00fcrzmischung<br \/>\n &#8211; Salz<br \/>\n &#8211; Zwiebeln<\/p>\n<p>Zuerst Kartoffeln und Karotten sch\u00e4len und zusammen mit dem Kohl in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden. Dieses Gem\u00fcse wird mit Wasser in einem Topf zum Kochen gebracht bis es gar, aber noch bissfest ist. Danach werden \u00d6l, Gew\u00fcrze, Salz und die Zwiebeln hinzugef\u00fcgt und wieder aufgekocht, bis das Wasser verdampft ist. Dann kann man den Gem\u00fcseeintopf servieren.<\/p>\n<p>Taree mag dieses Rezept besonders gern, weil man die unterschiedlichen Zutaten am Schluss noch einzeln sehen und auch schmecken kann, sie aber zusammen eine tolle Einheit bilden. In steps for children waiting for them a balanced and prepared with love meal that helps them to concentrate better in school and encourages their development.<\/p>\n<p>Here are two recipes to try:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1. Meat recipe \u00e0 la Adelhuid<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients: <br \/>\n&#8211; Meat <br \/>\n&#8211; oil <br \/>\n&#8211; salt <br \/>\n&#8211; spice mixture <br \/>\n&#8211; onions <br \/>\n&#8211; water<\/p>\n<p>First one adds the meat oil, salt, spices, onions and a little water. Then it is brought to a boil and let it simmer until it is soft. It is finished when all the water has evaporated. <br \/>\nFor this purpose, you can eat any salad (bean salad, mixed salad, &#8230;) and pasta or rice.<\/p>\n<p>2. Vegetable Stew \u00e0 la Taree<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients: <br \/>\n&#8211; Potatoes <br \/>\n&#8211; carrots <br \/>\n&#8211; cabbage <br \/>\n&#8211; water <br \/>\n&#8211; oil <br \/>\n&#8211; spice blend <br \/>\n&#8211; salt <br \/>\n&#8211; onion<\/p>\n<p>First, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut together with the carbon into small pieces.
