Die Leiterin des Kindergartens, Memory, und ich haben uns auf feste Arbeitszeiten abgestimmt. Ich fange jeden Morgen gegen 8 Uhr an und arbeite dann bis 14 Uhr, bis die Kinder ihren Mittagsschlaf beginnen und die aufw\u00e4ndigsten Programmpunkte erledigt sind.<\/p>\n

Mein Morgen f\u00e4ngt damit an, dass ich entweder mit den Kindern, die schon im Kindergarten sind, drau\u00dfen auf dem Spielplatz spiele, oder dass ich mit einigen Kindern Gesellschaftsspiele spiele (Max M\u00fcmmelmann ist momentan besonders beliebt bei den Kindern). Um ca. halb 10 gibt es einen Morgenkreis, der meist von Memory geleitet wird. Um diese Zeit ist ein Gro\u00dfteil der Kinder am Kindergarten angekommen. Im Morgenkreis singen wir zusammen Lieder und die Kinder werden gefragt welcher Wochentag ist und es wird gez\u00e4hlt. Nach dem Morgenkreis gibt es ein Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck. Zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck bekommen die Kinder ihr Essen von zuhause mit. Meine Aufgabe beim Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck liegt vor allem darin, zu schauen ob jedes Kind etwas zu essen hat und ob es ausreichend ist. Des Weiteren ordne ich die Kinder zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck immer ihren Gruppen zu (wir haben eine L\u00f6wen-, eine Elefanten- und eine Giraffengruppe).<\/p>\n

Die L\u00f6wengruppe betreue ich dann w\u00e4hrend des Fr\u00fchst\u00fccks. Den j\u00fcngeren Kindern im Kindergarten helfe ich beim Essen und ich f\u00fcttere einige der Babys. Nach dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck helfe ich, die Tische und St\u00fchle abzuwischen und den Gruppenraum durchzufegen. In der Zeit zwischen dem Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck und der Projektstunde, die jeden Tag stattfindet, erledige ich administrative Aufgaben f\u00fcr Memory, die zwischendurch anfallen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren beispielsweise, dass ich neue Anmeldeformulare und Bewertungsb\u00f6gen erstellt und die Kosten f\u00fcr die Graduation Party zusammengetragen habe. Wenn keine administrativen Aufgaben anfallen, spiele ich mit den Kindern auf dem Spielplatz oder im Sandkasten und bin vor allem daf\u00fcr da, mich mit den Kindern auf Englisch zu unterhalten, damit sich das Englisch der Kinder verbessert und sie sich irgendwann problemlos auf Englisch unterhalten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n
Au\u00dferdem helfe ich den Erzieherinnen bei der Vorbereitung der Projektstunde. Hierzu z\u00e4hlt besonders, die Materialien f\u00fcr die Projektstunde vorzubereiten. Die Projektstunde startet jeden Tag gegen 11.15 Uhr. Auch hier \u00fcbernehme ich meistens die L\u00f6wengruppe. W\u00e4hrend dieser Stunde nehme ich mir dann jeweils zwei bis drei Kinder und f\u00fchre mit ihnen das jeweilige Projekt durch, welches ich vorher mit meinen Kolleginnen besprochen habe. Es bereitet mir sehr viel Freude, die Fortschritte der einzelnen Kinder zu beobachten! Wenn wir mit unseren Gruppen komplett fertig sind, k\u00f6nnen die Kinder noch einmal kurz zum Spielen auf den Spielplatz und danach gibt es eine Storytime.<\/p>\n

Diese wird oft von Memory durchgef\u00fchrt. Zwischendurch \u00fcbernehmen aber auch die anderen Erzieherinnen und Volont\u00e4re die Storytime und lesen den Kindern eine Geschichte vor. Nach der Storytime werden die Kinder dann wieder von uns in ihre Gruppen eingeteilt und ich helfe dabei, das in unserer K\u00fcche zubereitete Essen zu verteilen und die L\u00f6wengruppe w\u00e4hrend des Mittagessens zu betreuen. Auch nach dem Mittagessen helfe ich wieder, die Tische und St\u00fchle sauber zu machen und den Gruppenraum zu fegen, die Kinder k\u00f6nnen in dieser Zeit noch einmal drau\u00dfen spielen. Ist alles sauber, helfe ich, die Matratzen f\u00fcr den Mittagsschlaf im Gruppenraum zu verteilen. Der letzte Punkt auf meinem Programm besteht dann darin, mit der L\u00f6wengruppe die Z\u00e4hne putzen zu gehen. Hier ist es vor allem wichtig, daf\u00fcr zu sorgen, dass kein Chaos entsteht und besonders den j\u00fcngeren Kindern dabei zu helfen, die Z\u00e4hne richtig zu putzen. Nach dem Z\u00e4hneputzen ist dann Schlafenszeit f\u00fcr alle Kinder.<\/p>\n
Nat\u00fcrlich gleicht im Boomerang Kindergarten kein Tag dem anderen und es f\u00e4llt eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Aufgaben an. Das Wichtigste ist, an vielen verschiedenen Ecken aushelfen zu k\u00f6nnen und vor allem, seine Hilfe von selbst anzubieten und auf die anderen Kolleginnen zuzugehen. Durch die Vielzahl an Aufgaben wird es garantiert nie langweilig im Boomerang und man gewinnt viele neue Eindr\u00fccke.<\/p>\n

I start every morning at 8 o’clock and then work till 14 hours, until the children begin their afternoon naps and the most elaborate program are completed.<\/p>\n In addition, I help the teachers in preparing the project hour. At about 9:30 there is a morning circle, which is usually directed by memory. Around this time, a majority of the children arrived at the kindergarten. In morning circle, we sing songs together and the children are asked is which of the week and it is counted. After morning circle, there is a breakfast. For breakfast, the children get to their food from home. My job at breakfast lies in the fact to see if every child has something to eat and whether it is sufficient. Furthermore, I always arrange the children for breakfast their groups (we have a lion,<\/p>\nLöwengruppe I am responsible then during breakfast. The younger children in kindergarten I help with food and I feed some of the babies. After breakfast I help wipe the tables and chairs and durchzufegen the group space. In the time between breakfast and the project hour that takes place every day, I’ll do administrative tasks for Memory incurred between. These include, for example, that I have new registration and evaluation forms, collated and the cost of the Graduation Party. If no administrative responsibilities incurred, I play with the kids on the playground or in the sandbox and am mainly there to talk to the children in English,<\/p>\nThis is often carried out from memory. but in between also assume the other teachers and volunteers the Storytime and read the children a story. After Storytime children are then divided again by us in their groups and I help to distribute and manage Löwengruppe during lunch that prepared in our kitchen food. Even after lunch I help again, the tables and chairs to clean and sweep the group room, the children can play outside again at this time. Everything is clean, I will help to distribute the mattresses for napping in the group room. The last item on my program, then, is to go out to clean the Löwengruppe teeth.
