But as soon as our information brochures were ready, the sewing products were nicely arranged and the lucky wheel for the little visitors was set up at the perfect distance from the brochures, the first shower was already pouring down on us. As some of the donated lucky wheel prizes turned out to be excellent little helpers \u2013 the \u201eback scratchers\u201c were repurposed as water removers for the tent roof \u2013 the brave stall holders survived the rain showers, which came every 30 minutes, in pleasantly dry conditions. No one was deterred from presenting steps information to the Alafia visitors, even in this weather.<\/p>\n<p>The sunny Sunday far outshone the rainy Saturday in weather terms and visitors to the festival came to linger at our stand. Our motivated team provided interested visitors with lots of information about our work and delighted children with great prizes.
