It was important to the seminar leaders that prosperity also means \u201egiving back\u201c. The social commitment was emphasised in terms of its importance, and steps for children was briefly introduced on stage in this context.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seminar leader Cornelia Richter: \u201esteps is the perfect foundation for me because it builds economic units with local people in Namibia, including guesthouses and apartments for rent, and thus brings people into personal responsibility and into paid work. The profits flow into the social projects.
