Since the end of 2017, Bridge of Hope<\/em> project partner of steps for children in Rehoboth, and we look back on the first joint year with joy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

  • Thanks to generous donations, together with the trust steps for children we were able to buy the property<\/strong>, on which the school was built 4 years ago. A big thank-you to everyone who made this possible! The school remains the property of its founder, Melverine Bock (Milly), with whom we have concluded a lease agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n

  • In addition, the Reiner Meutsch Foundation FLY & HELP kindly funded a new building with two classrooms<\/strong> . This gives the project\u2019s total of 160 children more space to learn and play in the cr\u00e8che, kindergarten, and preschool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

  • Milly, coordinator of Bridge of Hope<\/em>, has exceeded our expectations: instead of the agreed 10 orphans, Milly was even able to make it possible to admit 30 orphans to the kindergarten.<\/strong> 80 % of the children at Bridge of Hope<\/em> are so-called \u201eself-payers.\u201c This means that, on the one hand, school fees for the orphaned children can be financed, and on the other hand, the rent to steps for children is paid from this.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n

She impresses with her structured way of working and her ability to steer all projects safely through difficult waters.<\/p>\n
