After Marianne withdrew two years ago, Susan now runs the project alone. However, the two teachers were always <strong>Agnes Naibas<\/strong> (left) and Selma Mukuwe at her side. It was therefore only a logical step that one of them is now being trained as her deputy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Agnes has been working as a preschool teacher since 2012, attended several further training courses at the <em>Amos Meerkat skool<\/em> and is currently studying for her teaching diploma at the <em>Headstart Montessori Teacher Training College<\/em>.<\/strong> As her mother died early and no one was left to care for her, she had to leave school in Year 9.<\/p>\n<p>Susan:<\/p>\n<p>\u201eAgnes is a very friendly teacher and loves the children. When a child is struggling she is always willing to take care of it after school and help wherever she can. She is an absolute honest person and I can trust her with the schools money at all times.\u00a0<strong>Agnes is with her whole heart in the project<\/strong> and she is an <strong>excellent teacher<\/strong>, although she hasn\u2019t got any postgraduate education!\u201c<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Otavi hat Susan du Toit\u00a0(rechts) zusammen mit Marianne Sack vor vielen Jahren das Schulheim Koeb aufgebaut und beide leiteten ab 2012 auch die gemeinsame Vorschule mit steps for children.
