Since 2016, the foundation has been supporting our \u201eLight for the Children\u201c cooperation project in Gobabis by providing pro rata funding for the soup kitchen, a cook and guardian angel children and orphans in foster families, our steps homes. Since 2018, our joint project with the Hilfe mit Plan foundation in Zimbabwe has also benefited.<\/p>\n
We are very grateful to the Ernst Prost Foundation for Africa for its broad-based commitment. Together with us, it is committed to creating sustainable educational programmes for children in need and supports our approach of making the projects independent of donations through income-generating measures.<\/p>\n
In 2015, entrepreneur Ernst Prost founded the Ernst Prost Foundation for Africa under the motto UBUNTU. \u201eUbuntu describes the universal bond of sharing that connects all human beings.\u201c Enabling a future for children in Africa, providing help on the ground to improve people's living conditions through education and nutrition - this is what the (EPSfA) stands for alongside steps for children.<\/p>\n
