As early as 1975, the founders of\u00a0Croque & Crepes<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0The North German variation of the French \u201ecroque\u201c, known far beyond the borders of Hamburg, was invented by the same people. Inspired by a holiday in France, the classic gratinated toast was combined with the country's typical baguette and the result was a symbiosis, the Hamburg croque.<\/p>\n

They are still committed to this founding story today, so that almost 40 years later the classic is still served fresh from the oven every day.\u00a0<\/p>\n
