As you can read in the report on the Holiday Club, our male and female teachers are important role models in the steps projects. They care lovingly for the girls and boys in the crèche, in kindergarten, in preschool and in afternoon care, thereby laying the foundation for lifelong learning. At home, many children receive little or no attention and so it is all the more important not only to support the little ones and the grown-ups professionally, but also to teach them social skills such as respectful interaction, listening, helpfulness and teamwork.
