Since the beginning of the year, we have been able to take in more orphaned children into new steps homes families both in Gobabis and in Otavi. We now support a total of 12 steps homes families, 3 of them in Otavi and 9 in Gobabis, with a total of more than 25 orphaned children.
We are pleased that the children are thereby receiving a new home, have enough to eat, attend school regularly and, where necessary, also receive medical care. The mothers/parents are additionally provided with firewood and water to support their family.
