ALAFIA went on – and so did our volunteers for steps for children. They cannot be stopped, even though, as always, it took a great deal of organisation and painstaking work. For years, steps has simply been part of ALAFIA. And our volunteers were not about to miss that on 26 and 27 August 2017 either.

Our team did a great job again, drawing children and adults in with a game of skill, showcasing products from the Okakarara sewing workshop and holding information talks. Two young women supported us at the stand for the first time this year – welcome to the steps team, Elisabeth and Manuela!
