New intern

[:en]

Sanya BischoffThe steps office in Hamburg will be actively supported for two months by the new intern Sanya Bischoff. The student from Leuphana University Lüneburg is in her 3rd semester, majoring in Individual Studies with a focus on Politics and Cultural Studies.
Regarding her motivation for the internship at steps, Sanya says: „I would like to use the semester break to gain practical experience in the non-profit sector and to get to know the work of an NGO. As I can imagine working in development cooperation later on, I came across the steps for children foundation. My deliberate choice of this foundation is based on the concept of ‚helping people to help themselves‘, as I see great potential in the sustainability of the projects in Namibia.

I am looking forward to learning more about the steps for children foundation through my internship and, above all, to supporting it.“

We warmly welcome Sanya!
