1 year of schooling and nutrition for 6 children from
impoverished families in Namibia – steps says THANK YOU
We would like to sincerely thank the dedicated student body of the Theodor-Heuss-Schule Pinneberg, who will enable six impoverished Namibian children to attend school for another year. The student body, which is involved in the school's own association THS Tut Gutes e.V., organizes charity runs and fairs throughout the year to support charitable work.

The THS tut Gutes association – valuable support for steps
At their Moneymoon event on 12 March 2024, 15 NGOs selected by the student body were awarded a prize in the environmental, social and global categories. The steps for children foundation was also among them. With their well-organised Moneymoon, the students set a moving example of commitment and solidarity for a world without poverty and the destruction of nature.
The evening reminded us of the words of the Indian writer Arundhati Roy:
“Another world is not only possible, it is already in the making. On a quiet day, I can hear it breathing.”
During the students' Moneymoon, we could hear this other world breathing.
