For young people in Zimbabwe Together with Plan International and Stiftung Hilfe mit Plan, we want to create career prospects - in other words, economic youth empowerment!
Through vocational training and support in employment and self-employment
As part of another joint project with the Help with Plan Foundation and Plan International in Zimbabwe, we are supporting the vocational training of 130 young people. They have either finished school or dropped out. Their social skills are strengthened in training sessions and we work with them to determine which areas of work match their wishes and abilities. The young people then take part in appropriate vocational training courses. A starter kit helps them to enter the labour market and is intended to enable them to take the step towards self-employment. In cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, annual careers fairs are also organised to connect young people with local employers.

250 will cover the costs of sponsorship in our training sessions for 1 young person.
