The Stiftung Block was founded in 2017 by Hamburg restaurateur and hotelier Eugen Block . The foundation aims to promote training in gastronomic management in the form of an educational institution in Hamburg, to enable healthier nutrition through animal welfare and species-appropriate husbandry, and to help people in need. In addition, the foundation promotes school and vocational education in Africa.

Since 2019, Stiftung Block has supported our foundation and is not only financing the construction of a school building in Gobabis, but is also securing the running costs of the school for the next 10 years.
