The Stiftung Block was founded in 2017 by Hamburg restaurateur and hotelier Eugen Block. The foundation aims to promote gastronomic management training through an educational institution in Hamburg, enable healthier nutrition through animal welfare and species-appropriate husbandry, and help people in need. It also supports school and vocational education in Africa.

Since 2019, Stiftung Block has supported our foundation and not only financed the construction of a school building in Gobabis, but also ensures the school's ongoing costs for the next 10 years.
