Stiftung steps for children sucht eine*n Praktikant*in (m/w/d) im Bereich Veranstaltungsmanagement
steps for children ist eine gemeinnützige Stiftung, die sich für eine bessere Zukunft von mittellosen Kindern und Jugendlichen im globalen Süden einsetzt. Im Rahmen unseres Praktikumsprogramms bieten wir eine Praktikumsstelle mit dem Fokus auf Veranstaltungsmanagement an. Das Praktikum hat eine Dauer von 2 – 3 Monaten im Zeitraum September – November 2024 und richtet sich speziell an Studentinnen im Bereich Veranstaltungsmanagement.
Your tasks will include
- Support in the planning, organisation and implementation of events
- Coordination and support of participants, speakers and service providers
- Research and selection of venues
- Creation of event materials and presentations
- Support in the follow-up and evaluation of events
We are looking for applicants who fulfil the following requirements:
- Studium im Bereich Veranstaltungsmanagement oder einem verwandten Studiengang
- Enthusiasm for the organisation and implementation of events
- Motivation to support children and young people in developing countries
- Confident handling of MS Office and common event management tools
- Ability to work in a team, reliability and a structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
