Andreas Thümmler has been a supporter and fundraiser for steps for children since 2006. From the very beginning, he supported Dr Hoppe's efforts to build the foundation. He drew the attention of numerous internet entrepreneurs and founders from the tech scene to the project in Okakarara and won important donors. Andreas has an extensive network in the German-speaking world. His former company Corporate Finance Partners sponsored steps for children with office space in Hamburg for a long time and, as Managing Director and Owner of St. Kilian Distillers, Germany's largest whisky distillery, he continues to support the foundation's projects in Namibia ideologically and financially.
