Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and many of us are wondering how we can make our loved ones happy. Instead of buying traditional gifts, why not do something good and donate instead of giving gifts this year?
A great way to help others and make a special gesture for Valentine's Day at the same time is a gift donation. Instead of giving flowers or chocolate, you can donate the money to a charitable organisation where it can do some good.
As a foundation, we are committed to disadvantaged children and young people in Namibia and provide educational opportunities, regular meals and support for children growing up in the poorest conditions. Through your donation, you can help ensure that these children have a better future and can make their dreams come true.

So if you would like to do something special for Valentine's Day this year, here are some tips for a gift donation that helps the steps children in Namibia:
- Find out about the work of steps for children and how your donation can help.
- Think about an amount you would like to donate: You can find a selection of items needed HERE
- Write your partner, friend or friends a card explaining that you have donated instead of giving a gift, and also create a gift certificate. This is very easy to do in our donation forms.
- Share your donation on social media and encourage others to do good on Valentine’s Day too.
