The year 2019 is still very young, but there is already a real motivation boost:
four female employees at steps were awarded the “Certificate of Good Service” these days. It is awarded when steps employees perform conscientious, good work in the project for 5 years, 10 years or 15 years. Since the project still has to put in 2 more years before reaching the impressive 15, there are of course only awards for 5 and 10 years.

Four female colleagues were able to look forward to a certificate and a small bonus at the beginning of the year!
