The year 2019 is still very young, but there is already a real boost in motivation:
Four employees at steps were awarded the „Certificate of Good Service“ these days. It is presented when steps employees in the project have done conscientious, good work for 5 years, 10 years or 15 years. Since the project still has 2 years to go before the grand 15, of course there are only awards for the 5 and 10 years.

Four female colleagues were able to look forward to a certificate and a small bonus at the beginning of the year!
