This year as well, the steps for children foundation was able to successfully take part in the opening of the KulturSommer am Kanal .

Representing the steps for children foundation at KulturSommer am Kanal in the Herzogtum Lauenburg district was a great joy for Janina Tege and Anton Rathgeb. At their stand, many visitors once again purchased sewn products from the sewing workshop in Okakarara. In addition, the two volunteers were able to speak with many interested people and inspire them for steps.
Since the foundation was only able to participate on one day of the opening weekend this year, it was not possible to build on last year's success, but nonetheless many valuable donations in the double-digit range were collected again.

A small children's painting corner was set up, which delighted even the littlest ones!

We are always happy to welcome new volunteers who have the time and desire to help out at such events in the future.
