We warmly congratulate Ingrith Tjivela on her master’s degree at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg, which she completed in just one year! She can be very proud of everything she has achieved in the past 12 months – we certainly are!.

As part of her study programme, she was involved in our office and was able to get to know the foundation and our project work in her home country of Namibia. As a Namibian, she was a valuable support in preparing the volunteers for their assignments in the steps projects. This enabled her to provide detailed information about the local situation through personal advice and guidance. In addition, she also helped us with press contacts in Namibia.

After an eventful year in Germany, Ingrith has now returned to Namibia. There, too, she remains connected to steps for children, will take a look at the local projects and will be the contact person for volunteers in Windhoek.

We wish Ingrith all the best and will miss her cheerful and bright nature!
