A group of pupils from Eppendorfer Gymnasium spends their autumn holiday in a very admirable and extraordinary way: Together with teachers from the school and board members of the association Hege Helping Hands they have travelled to Gobabis in Namibia and are hammering, drilling, painting and sanding with all their might in temperatures of up to 50 degrees. For the children in our project, they are repairing various worn-out pieces of play equipment, partially paving the schoolyard and building a shade structure near the football field.
