The Senior Expert Service (SES) is the Foundation of the German Economy for International Cooperation GmbH and a non-profit organisation. As such, it brings retired experts together on a voluntary basis with people keen to learn in Germany and abroad, so that they can pass on their knowledge. The education of the children in the projects of steps for children is close to their hearts. That is why the educators in our projects also received active support from the  Senior Expert Service (SES) and benefited significantly from the know-how provided.
