Are the children in Okahandja undernourished?

Are the children in Okahandja undernourished?

In Okahandja, there is currently an ambulance in front of the project that examines the children with regard to malnutrition. This means that the girls and boys are examined, weighed and measured to determine whether malnutrition is present. The doctor on site reported that the children from Okahandja are less malnourished compared with children in Windhoek. The project leader Meme Kauna from Ileni Tulikwafeni clearly attributes this to the regular meals provided by our soup kitchen. Thank you to all supporters and sponsors who help ensure that children from our projects get enough to eat!
