„I was welcomed with open arms and a warm welcome. I received every conceivable support from the office. You can really support something meaningful here - it was worth every year's holiday!“
Annette Maluck can hardly imagine a better holiday. Keeping her feet still is out of the question for her. And so she decided to spend four weeks in Okakarara cooking with the cooks and teaching them a few tricks for the careful preparation of meals (e.g. cutting potatoes into quarters and not slices). She also dealt with process optimisation for faster food distribution and explained the benefits of saving sugar.
„An unforgettable experience with lots of fun, dancing and singing. And along the way, something was changed here and there.“

Annette Maluck arrived in Okakarara as a senior volunteer and returned home as a friend after four weeks.
The cooks and the steps children thank you very much for your commitment, your ideas and suggestions for our soup kitchen in Okakarara.
