Fundraising campaigns by Christianeum – a grammar school in Hamburg

For the second time, the students from Christianeum came up with a sponsored run: once again, they sailed on the Alster, independently and in different locations, rode many kilometres through a forest, ran a few laps around a pond, explored the canals on stand-up paddleboards and skated along the Elbe on inline skates. All of this was in aid of two charitable projects – one of them was steps for children. This year too, a remarkable four-figure sum was “run”.

And that's not all: at the request of the pupils, they also dedicated the proceeds from Christmas 2020 to the steps children and young people and donated a large proportion of the proceeds from DVD sales, the Christmas bazaar and a raffle.

We would like to sincerely thank you for your commitment in support of steps for children! Once again, you raised a considerable amount in donations, which this year is being used particularly to provide essential supplies in impoverished neighbourhoods in Namibia.
