Since the beginning of 2019, we have been supported by a new employee in the Hamburg office. After moving from Hong Kong to Hamburg, she quickly knew that she wanted to work in the non-profit sector again.

Dear Ms Schael, what was actually your #steps moment?

„The very warm, open and communicative atmosphere at the foundation impressed me from day one. At steps for children, I now have the exciting task of working in fundraising and can inspire, motivate and convince people to support our projects in Namibia and Zimbabwe, in order to give children and young people on site a better future. It is the wonderful feeling of being part of something bigger.“
