„As Chairman of the International Club of the Schlitzohren e.V., I pay particular attention to projects that are well monitored and provide direct help. I also have the right at any time to visit and inspect steps for children. More than 2,000 children and young people are cared for and supported at various locations. We are particularly happy to support the Guardian Angel programme. Only 2% of pupils in Namibia achieve the Abitur. At steps for children, all children achieve a successful school-leaving qualification thanks to individual support and encouragement. The first ones recently passed their Abitur. I am glad to support the foundation and to observe continuous progress.“
