Swing, numbers and lots of fun

[:en]

Caspar Grimme has been a trainee at the project site in Gobabis for three weeks now and has already settled in well:

„From the very beginning, everything went smoothly and I was welcomed and made to feel very at home in the project. Celine (since August 2016 as a weltwärts volunteer in Gobabis) and I discover new little tasks and projects every day. In the first two weeks, among other things, we built a swing, which we unfortunately had to take down again straight away because it was too heavy. But a second attempt will begin shortly.

In addition, I have already carried out various small repairs, help out daily with serving meals, practise numbers with the little ones and support the older children with their homework. All in all, I have settled in well here and am enjoying my involvement in the project.“
